These terms apply when you use dtlc.ai or deal with Down The Line Consulting Pty Ltd, trading as DTLC.AI ("we", "us"). Questions: paul@dtlc.ai.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

What is available today

DTL Signal is free. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any edition.
A 15-minute conversation with Paul is free and booked through Calendly.
Time with Paul sessions are agreed in that conversation. The price, time and any other terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.
DTL Pulse founding pilot places are available by enquiry. The pilot's inclusions and terms are confirmed in writing before you pay.
DTL Compass is not yet on sale. Registering interest is not a purchase: no payment is taken and neither of us is committed to anything.

Refunds

DTL Compass. When Compass goes on sale, if it doesn't help you, email paul@dtlc.ai within 14 days of receiving your report and you will get a 100% refund.

Other services. Refund terms for sessions and pilots are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Your rights. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Guidance, not professional advice

Our reports, briefings and sessions are experience-based business guidance. They are not financial, legal, tax or accounting advice. For those, please use a licensed professional.
