Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

This policy explains how Down The Line Consulting Pty Ltd, trading as DTLC.AI ("we", "us"), handles your personal information. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

Why we collect it

To send you DTL Signal, deliver the products and sessions you buy, answer your questions, improve our products, and meet our legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run DTLC.AI, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Render (website hosting), Calendly (call bookings) and Google (email and business tools). Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We share only what each provider needs to do its job.

Marketing and unsubscribing

We only send DTL Signal and product updates to people who have opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on unsubscribe requests promptly.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing paul@dtlc.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page.
